Seis con treinta de la tarde, la afición se preparaba en algún bar de Arkansas par a ver a sus jabalís. Al mismo tiempo, un amigo se preparaba para disfrutar la ultima noche de soltería. Dos escenarios con un el mismo objetivo, regresar con una victoria a casa.

Si bien Arkansas comenzaría perdiendo en el primer tiempo, la efectividad de el pateador Jabalí le permitiría empatar en los primeros minutos del encuentro para poner la pizarra 3-3. A partir del empate logrado por Connor Limpert, dicha patada que fue de 43 yardas, Arkansas dominaría el resto del encuentro.

Arkansas tuvo una noche estupenda. El Mariscal de campo Ty Storey se la rifo, fue mas inteligente que en partidos anteriores, y cuando tuvo que correr con el ovoide lo hizo. Cuando tuvo que improvisar, fue creativo. Y cuando tuvo que jugársela de ala abierta lo hizo, misma jugada que lo puso fuera del terreno de juego que obligaría al director técnico Chad Morris a ingresar a Cole Kelley.

Ty Storey tuvo una noche fenomenal y su agresividad y valor fue lo que mantuvo a Arkansas en el partido. Sus compañeros de equipo lo saben y le reconocen. “El es un jugador que da todo en la cancha. Nunca le teme a situaciones difíciles sin importar que seas el mejor de la nación, o estés jugando ante la mejor defensa. A El no le importa. Se la va a rifar ante todo y tratara de lograr concretar las primeras diez yardas para el equipo. Hoy ante Ole Miss dio todo e hizo un trabajo fenomenal.” Dijo el línea ofensiva HJalte Forholdt de Arkansas.

Por su parte el segundo mariscal de campo de Arkansas Cole Kelley en su primera participación hizo que sus críticos casi se ahogaran con alguna alita que estaban consumiendo en algún bar en Rogers. Kelley al substituir a su compañero Storey lanzó un dardazo de 39 yardas que terminaría en las manos de L. Pettway y poner a Arkansas 24-10 después del punto extra de Connor Limpert.

Cole Kelley terminaría jugando el resto del partido después de que Ty Storey no se recupera, a ese entonces, Arkansas ya se estaba quedando sin aire y si la oportunidad de lograr su primer victoria de conferencia. Si bien Arkansas jugo como nunca, perdió como siempre, al igual que el soltero que buscaba una noche inolvidable. Ambos tuvieron una noche inolvidable por unas horas, pero después regresaron a su triste realidad, a un juego que tendrá momentos buenos, que mejorara; pero nunca cambiara. Arkansas regresa a Ciudad Universitaria el Sábado cuando en el Estadio Donald W. Reynolds reciba la visita de Tulsa. Encuentro está programado para las 11 de la mañana.

On the other hand the second quarterback of Arkansas Cole Kelley in his first possession made his critics almost chock on wings that were eating in some bar in Rogers. Kelley, replaced Storey and threw a 39-yard dart that would end in the hands of L. Pettway and put Arkansas 24-10 after the extra point by Connor Limpert.

Cole Kelley would end up playing the rest of the game after Ty Storey did not recover, at that time, Arkansas was already running out of breath and time to win their first conference game. However, Kelley’s performance was good and it is not responsible for Arkansas loss to Ole Miss 37-33. While Arkansas played as never before, it lost as always, as did the bachelor who was looking for an unforgettable night. Both had an unforgettable night for a few hours, but then returned to their sad reality, a game that will have good times, that will improve; but it will never change. Arkansas returns to Fayetteville on Saturday when inside Donald W. Reynolds Stadium face Tulsa, kick off set for 11:00 A.M.
