Santos fue sorprendido en casa por el Necaxa y en noche de lluvia cayó el rayo sobre la Comarca Lagunera por conducto del  argentino Rodrigo Contreras. El ultimo gol de la noche llego casi finalizando el tiempo reglamentario de los 90 minutos para darle el triunfo al Necaxa y lograr ponerse en zona de calificación y en el sexto lugar en la tabla con 18 puntos. Con la derrota, Santos se habita en el décimo lugar con 15 puntos.

Necaxa se iría arriba en el marcador al minuto 17 de la primera mitad cuando Acevedo ataja un balonazo de Brian Fernández, y queda el balón a punto para que Facundo Castro empujara y abriera con el gol de la ventaja.

Después al minuto 55 venia el empate de Santos por conducto de Julio Furch, quien aprovecha el oso del arquero Hugo González que trató de salir en corto y no se percató que el argentino lo estaba cazando para desde fuera del área se volteó para anidarla y conseguir emparejar el marcador 1-1.

Al final del partido, minuto 90 un tiro de esquina que no pudo ser despejado por la defensa del Santos queda la pelota a modo para Rodrigo Contreras, quien de punterazo de izquierda vence a Acevedo para dar el 2-1 a favor del Necaxa.

En la jornada 12, el Santos visitará al Atlas, mientras que el Necaxa recibe a Veracruz, esto después de la reanudación la Liga MX tras los eventos de la Fecha FIFA.

Santos was surprised at home by the Necaxa and on rainy night the beam fell on the Comarca Lagunera through the Argentine Rodrigo Contreras.

The last goal of the night came almost finalizing the regulation time of the 90 minutes to give the victory to the Necaxa and get put in the qualification zone and in sixth place in the table with 18 points. With the defeat, Santos lives in the tenth place with 15 points.

Necaxa would go up in the score at 17^th minute of the first half when Acevedo saves a ball from Brian Fernandez, and the ball is ready for Facundo Castro to push and open with the goal of the advantage. At the 55^th minute came the draw of Santos through Julio Furch, who takes advantage of the goalkeeper Hugo González who tried to go out in short and did not realize that the Argentine was hunting him from outside the area turned to nest and tie the game 1-1.

At the end of the game, top of 90^th minute, a corner kick that could not be cleared by the Santos defense, the ball gets to way to Rodrigo Contreras, who from left-footed beat Acevedo to give the 2-1 in favor of Necaxa.

Up next for Santos during week 12 of Liga MX, Santos will visit Atlas, while Necaxa will host Veracruz. Liga MX will take a break as FIFA has international matches where the Mexican National Team will play a couple friendly matches.
