Sexual Predator stalking and assaulting young women near the Rodeo Night Club

On Friday, June 14, 2019 at approximately 11:00 PM, a Hispanic male is observed on video, trolling the parking lots near, 9379 E. 46th St.

The suspect discovered a young woman asleep in the passenger seat of a vehicle, he proceeded to climb inside the vehicle and sexually assaulted her.

The victim woke up during the assault, and the suspect had his hands around her neck and threatened to kill her if she made a sound.

Afterwards, he flees the scene driving a 2009-2011 Silver Chevrolet Cruz, 4-Door car.
