Identifican a sospechoso en relación con el apuñalamiento mortal en Taco Bell

La policía está investigando un apuñalamiento mortal en un Taco Bell en Tulsa el viernes por la mañana.

Agentes de la policía de Tulsa respondieron a la escena alrededor de las 8:30 a.m., cerca de la calle 51st y Yale.

Los oficiales dicen que T’Challa Davis fue apuñalado mortalmente en el baño de un Taco Bell el viernes por la mañana mientras dejaba a su esposa en el lugar para trabajar.

La policía arrestó a Christian Cook en relación con el suceso.

La policía de Tulsa le dijo a FOX23 que Davis estaba dejando a su esposa en Taco Bell para trabajar cuando se detuvo dentro del restaurante para usar el baño.

Añadieron que Christian Cook y Davis se pelearon en el baño y Cook recibió una paliza. Después de recuperarse, Cook se levantó y salió de Taco Bell, según la policía.

En el video, se ve al Davis con los brazos a los lados caminando hacia Cook, quien saca un gran cuchillo y apuñala a Davis en la parte superior del cuerpo. Cook dejó la escena y fue arrestado cerca de 51st y Skelly.

Los paramédicos llevaron a Davis al hospital donde murió más tarde esa mañana.

Los miembros de la familia dicen que Davis era padre de 5 hijas, de 18 a 6 meses y abuelo de un niño de 1 año.

Cook está siendo acusado por homicidio involuntario, pero primero debe ser revisado en el hospital por las lesiones que sufrió durante la pelea.

Police identify victim in connection to deadly stabbing at Tulsa Taco Bell

TULSA, Okla.

Police are investigating a deadly stabbing at a Taco Bell in Tulsa Friday morning.

Tulsa police responded to the scene around 8:30 a.m. near 51st and Yale.

Officers say T’Challa Davis was stabbed while dropping his wife off for work.

Police arrested Christian Cook in connection to the stabbing Friday afternoon.

Police are investigating after T’Challa Davis was stabbed and killed in the restroom of a Taco Bell in Tulsa on Friday morning.

Officers were called to the fast-food restaurant near 51st and Yale around 8:45 a.m. after the stabbing.

Tulsa police told FOX23 the Davis was dropping his wife off at Taco Bell for work when he stopped inside the restaurant to use the restroom.

Police say Christian Cook and Davis got into a fight in the bathroom, and Cook got beat up. After getting himself together, Cook got up and went outside of Taco Bell, according to police.

In video footage, the Davis is seen with his arms to his side walking towards Cook, who pulls out a big knife and stabs Davis in the upper body. Cook then left the scene and got arrested near 51st and Skelly.

Paramedics took Davis to the hospital where he died later that morning.

Family members say Davis is the father of 5 daughters– ages 18 to 6 months and a grandfather to a 1-year-old.

Cook will be booked for manslaughter, but has to be checked out at the hospital first for the injuries he got during the fight.
