Tulsa police arrest most wanted suspect minutes after receiving tip

TULSA, OK.-

Una sospechosa acusada de secuestrar y torturar a una mujer, está ahora bajo custodia.

La policía dice que Laura Palmer y dos hombres están acusados de detener a una mujer contra su voluntad y torturarla durante días en septiembre.

Los oficiales de TPD y K9 localizaron a Palmer cerca de la calle 31 y 129 después de recibir información de que Palmer estaba en el área en un vehículo oscuro.

La policía localizó el vehículo cuando salió de un vecindario y dijo que arrestaron a Palmer sin incidentes.

Según los registros judiciales, Palmer, utiliza otros nombres como alias.

La policía dice que otros dos sujetos también fueron detenidos para ser interrogados por los detectives.

Palmer tenía un perro con ella que fue recogido por Animal Control.

Palmer tenía órdenes de arresto pendientes y fue ingresada en la cárcel del condado de Tulsa.

TDP informó que desde la información recibida hasta el arresto de Palmer transcurrieron unos 25 minutos.

A suspect accused of kidnapping and torturing a woman is now in custody.

Police say Laura Palmer and two men are accused of holding a woman against her will and torturing her for days back in September.

TPD officers and K9 located Palmer near 31st and 129th after receiving information that Palmer was in the area in a dark vehicle.

Police located the vehicle as it left a neighborhood and say that they arrested Palmer without incident.

According to court records, Palmer, uses other names as aliases.

Police say two other subjects were also taken into custody to speak with detectives.

Palmer had a dog with her that was picked up by Animal Control.

Palmer was arrested on her outstanding felony warrants and was booked into the Tulsa County Jail.

Police say from information received to arrest was about 25 minutes.
