TULSA, OK – Gathering Place ha anunciado que comenzará la primera fase de reapertura el lunes 25 de mayo.
Esta primera fase incluirá todos los caminos principales, césped y senderos, así como Skate Park y BMX Pump Track.

Gathering Place dijo que ha asegurado el PPE (Equipo de Protección Personal) necesario, las herramientas de desinfección y las estaciones necesarias para una operación segura y que seguirá las pautas de salud y seguridad recomendadas por los CDC, además de continuar aplicando estándares rigurosos de desinfección en todo el Parque.

El parque insta a todos los visitantes a cumplir con las buenas prácticas de higiene, que incluyen:

- Evitar el contacto cercano con personas que están enfermas.

Gathering Place to reopen May 25
TULSA, OK — Gathering Place has announced that it will begin the first phase of reopening on Monday, May 25.
This first phase will include the reopening of all major pathways, lawns and trails as well as Skate Park and BMX Pump Track.
“For the safety of our guests and to ensure social distancing, The Lodge, Boathouse, Adventure Playground and Sports Courts will remain temporarily closed,” park officials said. “The health and safety of Gathering Place staff, volunteers and guests is our top priority and we will continue to closely follow the most recent recommendations from the CDC and The City of Tulsa.”
Gathering Place asks guests to exercising social distancing and wear a mask while visiting the Park.
Gathering Place said it has secured the necessary PPE (Personal Protective Equipment), sanitizing tools and stations needed for safe operation and will follow the health and safety guidelines recommended by the CDC, as well as continue to enforce rigorous sanitization standards across the entire Park.
“The recovery of Tulsa is a continuous effort and Gathering Place encourages guests to do their part in helping to keep the Park and other guests safe and healthy,” the park’s website states.
The park urges all guests to adhere to good hygiene practices, including:
- Exercising social distancing and remaining at least 6 feet apart from other Park guests.
- Wearing a mask throughout the Park to help protect yourself and others.
- Washing your hands for 20 seconds and using alcohol-based hand sanitizer.
- When coughing and sneezing, cover mouth and nose with flexed elbow or tissue – discard tissue immediately into a closed bin.
- Avoid touching your eyes, nose and mouth with unwashed hands.
- Avoid close contact with people who are sick.
