Tulsa Transit entra en la “segunda fase” de reapertura / Tulsa Transit enters “phase two” reopening

TULSA, OK – Siguiendo la iniciativa del plan Open Up and Recover Safe (OURS) de Oklahoma y la ciudad de Tulsa, Tulsa Transit anunció la semana pasada que continuará con la Fase Dos de la reaper­- tura. La Fase Dos incluirá tarifas gratuitas extendidas hasta el 31 de mayo a medida que las condiciones lo ameritan y un retorno al servicio completo con políticas de distanciamiento social.

Tulsa Transit dijo que la política dependerá de la mejora de la comunidad, la demanda de servicio y el continuo cumplimiento de las políticas de distanciamiento social por parte de los usuarios.

La fase dos de Tulsa Transit incluye lo siguiente:

• Nivel de servicio complete.
• Tarifa gratuita extendida hasta el 31 de mayo.
• Mantener 3 pies de distancia entre usted y los demás.
• Capacidad limitada continua del vehículo por discreción del conductor.
• Usar mascarillas faciales mientras viaja.
• Los cambios en el servicio de abril entrarán en vigencia a partir del domingo 17 de mayo.
• Ruta 150 (cambios menores de tiempo).
• Ruta 700 (cambios menores de tiempo y rutas SB fuera del centro).
• Ruta 600 (Shuttle Place Shuttle, no en funcionamiento hasta nuevo aviso)

El horario del Centro de atención telefónica no cambiará durante este tiempo.

Las guías gratuitas de “viajeros” se distribuirán en la estación de Denver Avenue el lunes 18 de mayo, martes 19 de mayo y el miércoles 20 de mayo entre las 8 am – 11 am y las 3 pm – 5 pm. Hay un límite de una guía gratuita por persona. No se permitirán pasajeros en la estación.

Las guías gratuitas “Viajeros” también se distribuyeron en los autobuses el pasado domingo 17 de mayo y el lunes 18 de mayo por orden de llegada, hasta agotarse.

La estación Memorial Midtown de Tulsa Transit permanecerá cerrada hasta nuevo aviso.

Tulsa Transit enters “phase two” reopening

TULSA, OK — Following the lead of the state of Oklahoma’s Open Up and Recover Safely (OURS) Plan and City of Tulsa, Tulsa Transit announced last week that it will continue with Phase Two of re-opening. Phase Two will include free fares extended to May 31 as conditions warrant and a return to full-level service with continued social distancing policies.

Tulsa Transit said the policy will be dependent upon the improvement of the community, demand for service, and continued compliance of social distancing policies by Tulsa Transit riders.

Tulsa Transit’s phase two includes the following:

• Full-level of service
• Free fare extended through May 31st
• Keeping 3 ft of distance between yourself and others
• Continued limited vehicle capacity by driver discretion
• Wearing face masks while traveling
• April service changes will be effective starting Sunday, May 17th
• Route 150 (minor timing changes)
• Route 700 (minor timing changes and SB routing out of Downtown)
• Route 600 (Gathering Place Shuttle, not in operation until further notice)

Call Center hours will not change during this time.

Free “Travelers” ride guides will be distributed on site at Denver Avenue Station on Monday May 18, Tuesday May 19, and Wednesday May 20 between the hours of 8 am – 11 am and 3 pm – 5 pm. There is a limit of one free guide per person. Riders will not be allowed inside the station.

The free “Travelers” guides will also be distributed on busses Sunday, May 17 and Monday, May 18 on a first come, first served basis until they are gone.

Tulsa Transit’s Memorial Midtown Station will remain closed until further notice.
