La tarde de este sábado, en Tulum, Quintana Roo, se suscitó un acto de brutalidad policiaca que terminó con la vida de una mujer, quien momentos antes fue sometida por elementos de seguridad estatales.

De acuerdo con versiones de medios locales, los policías municipales que tripulaban la patrulla 9273 abordaron a la mujer, quien caminaba sobre la avenida La Selva, con el pretexto de que se encontraba presuntamente en estado de ebriedad.

Al menos cuatro elementos, tres hombres y una mujer, la tiraron al suelo y aplicaron exceso de fuerza sobre la víctima. A los pocos minutos, comenzó a gritar y a decir que se le dificulta respirar por el peso que tenía encima.

Sin embargo, ni el personal de seguridad ni los testigos, que sólo grabaron el momento, hicieron algo al respecto, por lo que la causa de muerte fue presumiblemente por asfixia, ya que el oficial mantuvo la rodilla sobre su cuello. En cuanto percibió que ya no se movía, se levantó y se dio cuenta de que ya no presentaba signos vitales.

En lugar de llamar una ambulancia, los agentes tomaron el cuerpo y lo subieron a otra unidad tipo camioneta con jaula con numero 9267,para llevarla al centro de salud más cercano para su valoración médica, al ver que nos serían atendidos, decidieron ir a Protección Civil (PC), donde les confirmaron que ya había fallecido.

Hasta el momento, autoridades del municipio de Tulum no se han manifestado al respecto de este hecho, por lo que algunos usuarios de redes sociales los exhortaron a investigar el caso y no dejar impune la muerte de esta mujer, quien no ha sido identificado su nombre ni su edad.

Cabe recordar que la policía del estado de Quintana Roo ha provocado violencia contra las mujeres desde el pasado 9 de noviembre de 2020, cuando repelieron una manifestación feminista con armas de fuego y fuerza excesiva contras las mujeres que exigían justicia.

Luego de estos hechos, el pasado 4 de marzo, en cumplimiento de una orden de aprehensión, detuvieron a dos de los 10 elementos policiacos que fueron acusados por la represión armada contra periodistas y ciudadanas. Debido a su participación en estos hechos, se les dictó prisión preventiva.

Los detenidos eran ex jefes policiacos en Cancún: Carlos López Tejeda, conocido como Comandante Lobo y director de la Policía Municipal, y Roberto Molina, subdirector.

La Oficina en México del Alto Comisionado de la ONU en México condenó el uso excesivo de la fuerza y de armas por parte de policías de Cancún, Quintana Roo, y señaló que es esencial investigar el operativo, puesto que las autoridades han informado que dieron la instrucción explícita a los elementos de la policía no usar armas en la protesta.

However, neither the security personnel nor the witnesses, who only recorded the moment, did anything about it, so the cause of her death was presumably from suffocation, as the officer kept his knee on her neck. As soon as she noticed that she was no longer moving, she got up and realized that she was no longer showing vital signs.

Instead of calling an ambulance, the agents took the body and put it in another unit type truck with a cage with number 9267, to take it to the nearest health center for medical evaluation, seeing that we would be treated, they decided to go to Protection Civil (PC), where they confirmed that he had already died.

So far, authorities of the Tulum municipality have not expressed themselves in this regard, so some social network users urged them to investigate the case and not let the death of this woman go unpunished, whose name has not been identified. nor his age.

It should be remembered that the Quintana Roo state police have caused violence against women since last November 9, 2020, when they repelled a feminist demonstration with firearms and excessive force against women who demanded justice.
