El “mirón” de Tulsa se declara culpable de numerosos delitos sexuales / Tulsa “Peeping Tom” Pleads Guilty to Numerous Sex Crimes

TULSA, OK – Un hombre de Tulsa que irrumpió en tres casas, intentó agredir sexualmente a dos víctimas y posteriormente solicitó a un joven de 16 años pornografía infantil, se declaró culpable la semana pasada en un tribunal federal.

“Jesse Moore recorrió los barrios de Tulsa y aterrorizó a sus víctimas”, dijo el fiscal federal en funciones Clint Johnson. “Se asomó al interior de las ventanas, irrumpió en las casas y eligió al menos a dos víctimas para agredirlas sexualmente. Luego, mientras esperaba el juicio, coaccionó a una menor para que le enviara fotografías y vídeos sexualmente explícitos”.

En una declaración a ciegas, Jesse Thomas Moore, de 19 años, admitió los siguientes cargos: actos lascivos con un menor de 16 años en Indian Country; tres cargos de robo en primer grado en territorio indio; intento de abuso sexual por amenaza en territorio indio; coacción y seducción de un menor; intento de producción de pornografía infantil; e intento de recepción de pornografía infantil.  Está previsto que Moore sea sentenciado el 27 de enero de 2021.

El 5 de mayo de 2020, Moore irrumpió en una casa en South Florence Avenue donde un niño estaba durmiendo. Una vez dentro, Moore entró en la habitación de la víctima y comenzó a masturbarse. A continuación, intentó que el menor fuera al baño con él. Cuando la víctima se resistió, lanzó la eyaculación hacia la víctima y luego abandonó la residencia.

El 8 de noviembre de 2020, irrumpió en una vivienda de South Urbana Place con la intención de cometer un acto lascivo con un niño. Poco después de las 7:30 p.m., ingresó al patio trasero de la residencia y entró a la casa por la puerta trasera. Cuando el niño vio a Moore, gritó. Moore huyó entonces de la casa. La madre del niño dijo a los investigadores que Moore había estado en su patio trasero y había mirado por sus ventanas en otras ocasiones a partir de octubre de 2020.

El 13 de diciembre de 2020, Moore también irrumpió en una casa en South Evanston Avenue. Una vez dentro, descubrió a una pareja durmiendo en un dormitorio. Comenzó a tocar a la víctima, haciendo que se despertara. A continuación, la amenazó diciéndole: “Levántate y no digas nada o te mataré”. Moore obligó a la mujer a ir al salón, donde intentó violarla. Cuando Moore le tapó la boca, la víctima le mordió la mano derecha, lo que hizo que se soltara y huyera del lugar.

El vídeo obtenido por los agentes muestra a Moore entrando en el porche delantero, desenroscando la luz del porche y entrando en la residencia de South Evanston a las 6:36 a.m. Luego el vídeo muestra a Moore saliendo de la residencia a las 7:18 a.m., después del intento de violación. El delito se produjo después de múltiples incidentes de mirones a principios de la semana en el mismo conjunto residencial donde vivía Moore.

El “mirón”  fue finalmente detenido y acusado de los delitos.

Mientras estaba en prisión preventiva a la espera de juicio por los cargos relacionados con los incidentes de “Peeping Tom”, Moore comenzó a acceder al programa JailATM mediante un quiosco fijo o un smart pad portátil para chatear por vídeo o enviar mensajes con una joven de 16 años a la que se refería como su novia.

Durante las conversaciones que se produjeron entre el 1 de agosto de 2021 y el 19 de agosto de 2021, Moore presionó repetidamente a la menor para que le enviara vídeos e imágenes sexualmente explícitas de ella y para que tuviera un comportamiento sexualmente explícito mientras ambos chateaban por vídeo. La menor intentó enviar algunos vídeos pregrabados. Moore recibió al menos un vídeo mientras que otros fueron rechazados automáticamente por el sistema. Moore le dijo en repetidas ocasiones a la menor que averiguara cómo enviar los vídeos de otra manera, como hacía antes, para que no fueran rechazados. Durante una de las videoconferencias, Moore logró convencer a la menor de que tuviera un comportamiento sexualmente explícito.

Moore es ciudadano de la Nación Cherokee.

Tulsa “Peeping Tom” Pleads Guilty to Numerous Sex Crimes

TULSA, OK — A Tulsa man who broke into three homes, attempted to sexually assault two victims, and later solicited a 16-year-old for child pornography, pleaded guilty last week in federal court.

“Jesse Moore roamed Tulsa’s neighborhoods and terrorized his victims,” said Acting U.S. Attorney Clint Johnson. “He peered inside windows, broke into homes, and targeted at least two victims for sexual assault. Then while awaiting trial, he coerced a minor into sending him sexually explicit photographs and videos.”

In a blind plea, Jesse Thomas Moore, 19, admitted to the following charges: lewd acts with a child under 16 in Indian Country; three counts of burglary in the first degree in Indian Country; attempted sexual abuse by threat in Indian Country; Coercion and Enticement of a Minor; Attempted Production of Child Pornography; and Attempted Receipt of Child Pornography.  Moore is scheduled to be sentenced on Jan. 27, 2021.

On May 5, 2020, Moore broke into a home on South Florence Avenue where a child was sleeping. Once inside, Moore entered the victim’s room and started to masturbate. He then tried to get the minor to go to the bathroom with him. When the victim resisted, he slung ejaculate toward the victim then left the residence.

On Nov. 8, 2020, he broke into a home on South Urbana Place with intent to commit a lewd act with a child. Shortly after 7:30 p.m., he entered the backyard of the residence and entered the home through the back door. When the child saw Moore, he screamed. Moore then fled the home. The mother of the child told investigators Moore had been in her back yard and looked into her windows at other times starting in October 2020.

On Dec. 13, 2020, Moore also broke into a home on South Evanston Avenue. Once inside, he discovered the victim and a male sleeping in a bedroom. He began touching the victim, causing her to awaken. He then threatened the victim by stating, “Get the f*** up and don’t say anything or I’ll f***ing kill you.” Moore forced the woman to the living room where he attempted to rape her. As Moore covered her mouth, the victim bit his right hand, causing him to let go and flee the scene.

Video obtained by officers showed Moore stepping onto the front porch, unscrewing the porch light then entering the South Evanston residence at 6:36 a.m. Then video showed Moore exiting the residence at 7:18 a.m., after the attempted rape. The crime occurred after multiple Peeping Tom incidents earlier in the week at the same residence by Moore.

The defendant was eventually arrested and charged for the crimes.

While in custody awaiting trial for charges related to the “Peeping Tom” incidents, Moore began accessing the program JailATM by means of a stationary kiosk or portable smart pad in order to video chat or message with a 16-year-old female whom he referred to as his girlfriend.

During conversations that occurred from Aug. 1, 2021, to Aug. 19, 2021, Moore repeatedly pressured the minor for sexually explicit video and images of herself and to engage in sexually explicit behavior while the two video-chatted. The minor attempted to send some pre-recorded videos. Moore received at least one video while others were auto rejected by the system. Moore repeatedly told the minor to figure out how to send the videos differently, like she did before, so they would not be rejected. During one video chat, Moore was able to convince the minor to engage in sexually explicit behavior.

Moore is a citizen of the Cherokee Nation.
