El fiscal general de Zacatecas, Francisco José Murillo Ruiseco, reveló a través de un video en las redes sociales que ya fueron identificados cinco de los cuerpos hallados en el Palacio de Gobierno.
De acuerdo con el reporte del funcionario, hay un total de 10 víctimas, de las cuales, ocho son hombres y dos son mujeres. La causa de muerte en común es de asfixia por estrangulamiento. La edad es de entre 18 y 45 años.
Murillo Ruiseco aseguró también que de los cuerpos donde se ha realizado la necropsia, la mayoría presentan lesiones de atadura de pies y manos. Solo uno de ellos presenta lesiones que pudieran significar acto de tortura. El intervalo postmortem, fue de entre 6 a 8 horas.
Además, aseguró, con un corte hasta las 19:00 horas del 6 de enero de 2022, que ya fueron identificados cuatro de los cuerpos, sin que hayan acudido sus familiares a realizar la identificación.
- Masculino con coincidencia con tatuajes con ficha de detención por narcomenudeo, de 29 años. Del estado de Zacatecas.
- Un masculino, coincidencia en el Sistema Automatizado de Identificación de Huellas Dactilares (AFIS) último domicilio el Tacoaleche, Guadalupe, Zacatecas.
- Una femenina con identificación en AFIS con una ficha de detención por robo calificado. Domicilio en Zacatecas.
- Un masculino identificado a través de AFIS con domicilio en Zacatecas, corroborado con una ficha de detención por el delito de robo calificado.
Además, se tiene ya un reconocimiento formal. Se trata de una joven de 20 años, originaria de Zacatecas, identificada por su familia.
Por último, el fiscal estatal aseguró que hay una línea de investigación muy sólida, y como resultado del despliegue policial, hubo personas detenidas que probablemente estuvieron relacionadas con los hechos.
David Monreal confirma los resultados del Operativo Zacatecas II
Lo último fue confirmado por David Monreal, gobernador de Tamaulipas, quien añadió que fueron detenidos por agentes federales y policías estatales. Luego de 10 horas del hallazgo, se dio a conocer la noticia, pro omitieron el número de arrestos.

David Monreal atribuyó los arrestos al Operativo Zacatecas II, plan implementado desde el 25 de noviembre de 2021 por el gobierno federal para aumentar 3 mil 848 agentes, la división del estado, así como el uso de tres helicópteros artillados del Ejército y la Guardia Nacional.
“Heredamos un estado con los más altos índices de inseguridad, endeudado y con problemas económicos, lo que nos obliga a no desistir para regresar la paz y tranquuilidad a todas y todos los zacatecanos”, aseguró.
Abandonaron camioneta con 10 cadáveres

Monreal dijo que tras las primeras investigaciones se pudo ver que la persona que metió la camioneta con los cuerpos a la Plaza de Armas de Zacatecas posteriormente se fue corriendo por el callejón de Las Campanas, que separa el edificio del Palacio de Gobierno de la catedral basílica de Zacatecas.
