Por ende, los Guerreros ocuparán su lugar.

Ahora, los Tuzos se enfrentarán a Santos; León se medirá a San Luis; Tigres enfrentará a Puebla y Cruz Azul recibirá en el Estadio Azteca a los Rojinegros del Atlas para buscar uno de los cuatro puestos a la Liguilla del futbol mexicano.

Con ello, todo está listo para que se definan los ocho equipos que jugarán para luchar por el título de este torneo donde Pachuca aún tiene vida y puede defender el campeonato que consiguió el torneo pasado con Guillermo Almada en el banquillo.
