Fin a la tregua entre Shakira y Piqué: irán a juicio por la custodia de sus hijos

La separación de Shakira y Gerard Piqué el pasado mes de mayo ponía en el punto de mira a los hijos de la pareja, un asunto sobre el que hasta ahora no se había hablado y sobre el que ambas partes mantenían una tregua para evitar ir a juicio, así lo reseñó 20 MINUTOS.

Para ello, los abogados de la cantante y el futbolista han tratado de negociar amistosamente la situación en lo relativo a Milan y Sasha, pero todo parece indicar que ese tenso tira y afloja acabará en los tribunales.

Según recoge Informalia, que cita a fuentes cercanas a ambas familias, esas negociaciones se han roto después de que Shakira y Piqué no lograsen llegar a un acuerdo en cuanto al futuro de sus hijos.

Tras agotarse esta vía, el siguiente paso sería verse las caras en un juicio, indica este medio. Esta exposición mediática sería doble para la colombiana, que también prevé ir a juicio por fraude fiscal al rechazar la propuesta de la Fiscalía.

Durante las vacaciones del verano, ambas partes establecieron que los pequeños pasaran unos días con su padre y después se fuesen con su madre, con quien viajaron a Cabo San Lucas (México), California y Miami (en EE UU), donde la cantante tiene una mansión.

Esa separación amistosa durante este verano se habría roto ahora después de que ambas partes rechazaran las distintas propuestas en torno a la custodia de los menores.

Por un lado, Shakira quiere instalarse con sus hijos en Miami, unas pretensiones que son “absolutamente inasumibles” para Piqué. Mientras tanto, septiembre está a la vuelta de la esquina y mientras siga sin haber acuerdo, todo apunta que tanto Milan como Sasha iniciarán el curso escolar en Barcelona.
