Masiva concurrencia a las exposiciones de Gabriel Rojas en Living Arts / Living Arts exhibitions welcome large crowds

TULSA, OK — El “Primer Viernes” de apertura de dos exposiciones simultáneas en Living Arts de Tulsa vio grandes multitudes con ojos ansiosos por disfrutar de la experiencia inmersiva. Nostalgia, Sueños, Memoria Ancestral presenta obras del artista argentino Gabriel Rojas, y es una colección de pinturas que Rojas ha completado en los últimos dos años. En su declaración artística para la exposición, Rojas afirma que las obras expuestas revelan indicios de objetos cotidianos de su entorno inmediato, recuerdos familiares y memoria ancestral, inspirados en relatos del folclore andino con los que creció.

Simultáneamente a la muestra de Rojas hay una exhibición de otro talento emergente, el pintor Michael Palazzo. Los paisajes de Palazzo son a la vez abstractos y accesibles, inspirados en temas de memoria, familia y amor.

Las dos exposiciones individuales estarán en exhibición en Living Arts hasta el 20 de enero.

Living Arts exhibitions welcome large crowds

TULSA, OK — A “First Friday” opening of two concurrent exhibitions at Living Arts of Tulsa saw big crowds with eyes eager to take in the immersive experience. Nostalgia, Dreams, Ancestral Memory features works by Argentina-born artist Gabriel Rojas, and is a collection of paintings Rojas completed over the past two years. In his artist’s statement for the exhibition, Rojas said the works on display reveal hints of everyday objects from his immediate surroundings, familial memories, and ancestral memory, inspired by tales of Andean folklores he grew up with.

Concurrent to Rojas’ show is an exhibition by another emerging talent, painter Michael Palazzo. Palazzo’s landscapes are both abstract and accessible, inspired by themes of memory, family, and love.

The two solo exhibitions are on display at Living Arts through January 20^th.
